"Presentation is everything, so once you have all of your fortune cookies done, all that you need to make, you take the pretty little fortune cookie box; you would think that you would line it with tissue paper, but these cookies have oil in them and they'll leave an oil stain on tissue paper. So what we do is we take parchment paper, cut a piece off, and I'm just going to line my box with parchment paper. And then I can put the cookies in and they look so professional. Nobody would ever know that you made these, so when they open them up and get the amazing fortunes that are just for them, it's really a thrill. So you close it up and there you have your beautiful, romantic fortune cookies. But don't forget to save one for yourself. Let's see what my fortune says: I love you."
