"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make fun delicious gingerbread men. You're probably going to end up with a little bit of dough leftover, a little bit too small to roll out again, but here's a special trick that I can show you. Remember earlier when I said you wanted a garlic press, well this is what you're going to use it for, a garlic press is perfect for making hair. To make our hair all we're going to do is take small balls of dough and then we're going to put them in a garlic press. As soon as you start pressing you're going to end up with strands of hair. Now from these strands, you're going to use a sharp knife to cut them off. I recommend only cutting off initially what you're going to need. So if you wanted to do womens hair, you're going to cut off a few strands at a time. And then you're going to place them on the cookie. Now for the hairs you can place them one by one using your hands to gently place them in. You want to make sure you get some longer strands in there as well. Depending on whether it's a boy or a girl gingerbread person. So while this is a very cool affect to do, it does take a lot of patience, the dough is easy to break and so you want to be careful with your placement. Here I'm doing a teenage boy with slightly crazy hair."
