"Hello! I'm Denise Bennett and I am here on behalf of Expert Village today. Here is our dehydrator and there are a couple of brands that are out. This one I just absolutely love but you can probably shop on line and this one I found at a store. A very small unit, 4 drawers and we go from 85 to 145. Like I said I would never put it above 110. Certain things you would want them to go a little bit slower or if I know it needs 3 mores hours and I am about to go to bed, I turn the temperature down so I can leave on all night. So here's our coconut, here's what the shelf looks like. You can see this nice mesh allows the drying process to go all the way around from underneath as well. Place my coconut. If there is bits of shell, go ahead an remove those of course and we are all set. As you can see, there is plenty of space between the pieces of coconut and that's important. Okay, going right inside. "
