How to create a beautiful "faux stained glass" hanging project, in a few hours at a cost less than 1/2 actual stained glass. No specialized tools required. No special skills needed. Created with non toxic products that are safe to use around children and pets.
Apply Liquid Lead to the lines of the design
Place the project surface over the project pattern and secure with scotch tape.
LEAD : Watch the video on "How to Make a Tape Tip".
Using Gallery Glass Liquid Lead, hold the bottle tip at least 1/4" above the project surface, squeeze the bottle to promote an even flow of leading as you allow the leading to fall and drape onto the lines of the design.
Apply Paint to a Leaded Section
Fill in a section using the tip of the paint bottle, apply all colors listed in a section. Do not over fill the section with paint.
Only apply paint to one leaded section at a time.
Comb and Blend the Paint Colors
Use a stylus to comb and blend the paint in the direction of the arrows found on the pattern in each section.
