"This is a French beret. This is the absolute quintessential mime hat, a beret. I have an awfully fancy one, which I love and I've had for a long time. As you notice, I'm taking a pin and I'm putting it underneath my hair. Therefore if I have a big reaction, my hat's not going to fall off. I get my hair arranged. The last thing are my gloves. Once I put this all on, I am not speaking once I perform in public. My gloves go on. You need to look for a longer glove so that it can go underneath your sleeve, or whatever your shirt might be. If you get a short glove and your hand extends, there could be skin showing. That's why I look very hard in vintage clothing stores usually for the long glove so that my skin won't show. Walla!"
