I'm Lia Griffith, and I'm gonna talk about enamel paint verses latex paint for your bathroom. This question might come up because of the durability and washability for a space like a bathroom. Enamel is another term for oil based paint. This is great for a high traffic or a space that the walls are touched a lot and they need washed everyday. This is something you would want to use for a long term use. There's also a paint called latex enamel and that's actually an acrylic paint but it has a very high sheen like an enamel paint. This paint is also very washable when it has a sheen to it and it has less smell and it's easy to repaint over the top.
