Hi, my name is Porsha Kimble, The Cake Diva, and today I'm going to show you how to use an edible image and transfer it on to your cake. There's a few different ways to do this, but please remember that still is paper, so no water is to be involved. What we're going to do here is actually peal the image of the back of this paper and then simply apply it to the cake, but first we have to cut it. Now what I'm going to do is actually take the image off of the backing and place it gently on top of my cake. Please remember to be careful because the edible images do tare and their very delicate. Now we have our image and as you can see it's pretty flimsy and it's very delicate, if you're afraid that your image is going to tare during this process simply put it in a freezer bag and then place it in the refrigerator or even the freezer to stiffen up the image. So what we have is a cake here that's freshly butter creamed and I'm simply going to just put this image right here in the middle, smooth it over with my hand and there you have it, an image transferred on to your cake. My name is Porsha Kimble, The Cake Diva and well see you next time.
