Hi, I'm Dan Reinecke with Unknown Media, and today I'm going to tell you how to convert your camera to shoot an infrared image. Now the easiest way to achieve this is going to be by purchasing an infrared filter for your lens. What this is going to do is block visible light waves except for infrared wave lengths from entering your camera. You're going to want to use a tripod because infrared photos will take a longer time to get enough light to enter the camera in order to expose your image. So you'll need to shoot on the bulb setting. Usually you'll be exposing your image for around 30 seconds. Now play around with these settings and find some shots that interest you. Plant life tends to be very interesting to shoot but don't limit yourself to just that. Find something that truly interests you. I'm Dan Reinecke, take your best shot.
