Hi, I'm Dan Reinecke with Unknown Media. And today, I'm going to show you how to print large digital photos. When printing photos, you can go as large as your printer will allow you . But, there are a few things that you need to keep in mind in order to make sure your photos come out with the best possible quality. You'll need to check your image settings to be sure that you have the proper quality for your image size. Check your resolution or you PPI, which means pixels per inch. This is going to determine the resolution of your printed image. The higher the PPI, the better the quality of the photo will be when printed. So, a photo with a PPI of 72 may print out a decent 5 X 7, but the larger you go with your photo, the less quality you will have. If you want to go with a larger photo, I suggest going with a PPI in a range of 240 to 300. This will increase the file size, but the quality of the printed photo will be much greater. I'm Dan Reinecke with Unknown Media and that is how to print a large digital photo. Take your best shot.
