Hi, I'm Dan Reinecke with Unknown Media, and today I'm going to show you how to photograph ponds and lakes. Photographing lakes and ponds is a very great way to show off your creativity as a photographer. Play around with your shutter speed and your aperture until you find your desired settings. Frame up the lake in a way that you find interesting, keeping in mind your horizon line. Find some leading lines that interest you and then try different camera heights with that. There really isn't one particular way to photograph a lake or a pond, just find something that interests you and shoot away. I'm Dan Reinecke, take your best shot.
