Hi, I'm Dan Reinecke with Unknown Media, and today I'm going to tell you how to take good costume photos. If you have a mask that you are looking to show off or print or even just impress some friends on social media, there are a few things to keep in mind while shooting your photos. If you are going for a scary look, you are going to want to light the shot in a more contrasty way. The shadows, direction and the harshness will bring a truly scary feel to your costume. Another thing that you can do to your photos is to shoot with a wide angle lens. You are going to want these photos to have somewhat of a fun, yet eery vibe and a wide angle lens will help you do just that. Play around with your shadows and switch up your angles with a wide angle lens and your costume photos will be taken to a whole new level. I'm Dan Reinecke, take your best shot.
