Hi, I'm Dan Reinecke with Unknown Media, and today I'm gonna show you how to clean a digital SLR camera sensor. On a DSLR camera the sensor is basically the brain of your camera so you're going to want to make sure that you are very comfortable with cleaning it. You are also going to want to use the proper tools. Don't use a paper towel or a t-shirt to wipe off the sensor because you can scratch it. Start by turning the camera on, go into the menu options and find the clean sensor option and select clean it manually. What this is going to do is flip up the mirror inside your camera to reveal the sensor. You will now remove the lens, be careful because your sensor is now fully revealed. Use a hand blower in order to remove any loose dust particles from the sensor. If you need to go further use a non-abrasive cloth to wipe off the sensor. Once you are finished place the lens back on and shut the camera off to reset the mirror and you'll have a clean DSLR sensor. I'm Dan Reinecke, take your best shot.
