Hi, I'm Jennifer Maggiore with RedBalloonInc.com, and today I'm going to explain how to email large video files. In order to email large video files begin by going to Dropbox.com and create an account. From your Dropbox home page click the upload button on the top right hand corner of the screen. This will bring up a window in which you need to click choose files. Select the video file you want and then click save. You will see the progress bar turning green as your file is uploaded. When the upload is finished you'll see a green arrow to the right of the file name. Select done to go back to your Dropbox homepage where you will now see your video file at the bottom of your list of files and folders. Roll your cursor over your video file and right click. Select share link. This will open a new window where you can choose to share the video through social media or email. On the bottom left of the window click copy link to this page. Your link will then be copied to your clipboard and you can now go in to your email composition window and paste the link in to the body of your email. The recipient will be able to open the link and view your video without having a Dropbox account of their own and without having access to any of your other files from Dropbox. I'm Jennifer Maggiore with RedBalloonInc.com and that is how to email large video files.
