Hi. My name is Abbeth. I'm an artist living in Portland, Maine. You can check out my work at I'm going to show you how to blend using prism colored drawing pencils. So I am going to be blending red and yellow to make orange. Since yellow is the lighter of the two, and in your case use whichever color is lightest first. I'm going to just put down with kind of medium pressure an area of yellow. Then I'll take my red and going against the grain of the yellow. I'm going to put down a light layer of red just with gentle pressure this time. And then on top of that I'm going to go back over it with the yellow. So I'm kind of sandwiching the red between the layers of yellow. Then I'm going to take this prism color blender pencil, I'm going to press down just hard enough that I don't break the tip of the pencil and just roughly blur these two colors together until you get a nice even orange tone. My name is Abbeth, and I just showed you how to blend prism colored drawing pencils.
