Hi, my name is Zach and today I'm going to explain why the video you cropped in Final Cut Pro is pixelated. I basically want to have just a closeup of my actress's face. To do that, I'm going to go into motion and crop it. Now in order for it to fit my clip and just have a closeup I'm going to need to super size it. Now if you look at that, it looks awful pixelated. The reason the clip is so pixelated is because you are zooming too far in on the clip and your pixels are becoming more apparent. You can fix this by zooming in less on the image and maybe even just doing less of a crop, maybe a medium shot. My name is Zach and I just explained why your clip is pixelated in Final Cut Pro.
