Hi, my name is Abbeth. I'm an artist out of Portland, Maine, and I'm going to teach you about safe temperatures for oil paint. I'm just finishing up this oil painting of this sphere here and I want to keep it safe. So I don't want to put it in a humid temperature. Humid and damp conditions are very bad for oil paint and because it actually takes oil paint a very long time to dry, it's good to keep it in a cool dry environment and that will prevent the oil painting from cracking and keep it as good as new. My name is Abbeth, and I just told you about safe temperatures for oil paintings.
