Hi, I'm Dan Reinecke with Unknown Media, and today I'd like to talk to you about the difference between outsourcing photography jobs as oppose to taking them in-house. Now, this is going to be more of a business decision than anything and there are some risks involve that you should understand when you decide to outsource photography jobs. One of these being that you're putting your work and your reputation in the hands of somebody else which can always be kind of risky. Now, if you don't properly interpret to them the vision that you are going for, it could happen where they take it in their own direction and you don't get exactly what you want. Now, a benefit to this could be they are a fantastic photographer and they could do a much better job than you could ever do. That's a few things to keep in mind. Now, taking photography jobs in-house, you are going to be strictly responsible for the work and you want have to pay somebody else to go and take the photos. Now, whether this is a pro or con, it's strictly up to you. And that's some differences between outsourcing photography jobs as oppose to taking them in-house.
