Hello, this is Marcus Meyer with Gator Cleaning Solutions on how to dry carpet padding after a leak. You will want to start by taking your wet vac and extracting the surface of the carpet and extract as much excess water as possible. At that point, you would want to pull back your carpet to expose the padding and extract as much excess water there as possible. Leave your carpet pulled back, create as much air flow in the area as possible with use of ceiling fans and any floor fans. Once your padding is dry, replace your carpet and allow to continue to air dry as long as possible. If you have extensive flooding, contact the local professional. Again, this is Marcus Meyer with Gator Cleaning Solutions on how to dry padding after a leak.
