Hey guys. Chris here, and today I'm going to show you how to draw scale bar increments. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to start doing one line at the top here. And keep that kind of long. Going to do another line that's just a little bit shorter than the one on the top. And then I'm going to do another one at the bottom that's just a little bit shorter than that one. I'm going to do another line that's kind of parallel to each one of these. Just like that, and you're going to close them off at the end. Now for the top one, this one's going to be the kilometers. So, what we're going to do is I'm going to write kilometers here. The next one is going to be for miles. And the one after that is going to be for feet. The top one I'm going to draw ten lines going across. So, you got one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. And then the next one, we're going to have five, so we're going to do one, two, three, four, five. And then the next one we're going to have five as well, one, two, three, four, five. And now we're going to do a couple of lines just in the middle. Just kind of color these in. I'm going to do one line here and I'm going to do every other one at the top. One here, one here, here, here and here. And then you're going to do pretty much, just for the first one here, we're going to do a couple small lines and break that first one in to four, and then we're going to do one line here, one here and one here. And then we're going to do the same exact thing for the next one. One, two, three, four, one, two, three. So, we're breaking those up in to a couple of different sections. Now, for the numbering system we're going to start off with one and then we're going to go to zero, going to do one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and ten. And then for the next one we're going to go up to five. So, we're going to start again with a one and then a zero, and then one, two, three, four, five. And then for the one at the bottom, we're going to start actually with 5,000 which is going to be 5000, go to zero. And then we're going to start with another 5000 again. And then we're going to go 1000, we're going to go 1500 and then we're going to go 2000 and 2500. And then I'm just going to write down the counter interval. Counter interval, 50 meters. All right guys, and that's how you draw scale increments. Enjoy.
