Hi, I'm Sami Rudnick from Rok On Studios and today we're going to talk about how to get your voice not to sound so groggy in the morning. The first technique is to never sing right away. When you first wake up, never wake up and starting singing ahhhh, no good. What you can do is you can sing descending scales to get all the gook out of your throat. You can start ahhh, ahhh, ahhh and it gets all the gook out naturally. And finally, you can drink room temperature water. You know how they say warming up, well what's better than warming up with a nice warm glass of water, ahhh.
