Hi, my name is Erik. I'm an artist and I'm going to show you how to draw Asian dragons in calligraphy. Here is, which is, just kind of start out with an Asian character like such, a couple of lines here, okay and then go in and fill this out. Bring this up and over and just make a dragon as in the style of calligraphy. Bring this here, make sure it flows, get rid of these extra lines here, bring this up and under and then let's make this, since it's an Asian dragon it has, it's similar to a lion's head. It has a mane and give it a mouth, give it some eyes. Let's give it some horns here and you come in and add the sign thing so you don't, let's add some arms here and here, come down, curve in the belly, add the stomach here, bring this out here, get rid of these extra lines here, just keep adding it, it's kind of a, kind of like the parts of a catfish that come down. Bring this down here and to the side. Now let's fill in this portion here and here and up here and then you can just start filling in this because calligraphy is usually not outlines, just the solid ink and you usually work with a brush and ink but I'll show you how to do it with this. Fill in this here and up through here and then you can just add some crosshatches. Alright, and there you go. And that is how you draw an Asian dragon as in found in calligraphy.
