Hi, my name is Daisy, I'm an artist. And I'm going to show how to draw moving figures. So I'm going to draw a person running and we can use that for other different types of movement as well. So lets start with the torso, a couple of circles. I'm going to start with a really simple outline first. One leg down, the other leg up in the air. This arm at an angle like so. And the one behind the body is coming forward. So we are going to be moving those arms a little bit, ok I'm making them look like they're moving. So we got our very, very basic shapes. And we can use this to build our body on. So I'm going to use this line coming down to create the calf muscle. You don't have to go exactly on the lines that you created but it just helps a lot. A really simple foot that's flush on the ground. So there's our ground line. This leg is going to be behind so we don't need to draw it in front of this one. And a calf muscle. Just following out our simple lines really makes it help. And our shoe. Lets draw some shorts on our character. And then for the arms it's basically the same, really simple lines following the lines we've already created. I'm going to do a simple hand. They flow down the body. Another simple hand on this side. I'm going to keep the head just as a real simple shape so we don't have to go too much into detail. If you do want to draw hair and this is a moving character, the hair will be moving just like the body. And to make it look like she's moving a little bit more I like to put in some lines behind our character. And you can do this with any other movement like jumping, walking. Just a few lines. More lines for when she's running. So there we go. My name is Daisy and that's how you draw moving figures.
