Hi, I'm Jessica and I'm an artist, and today we're going to draw a grassy field. So when you're drawing your grassy field the first thing you're going to do is kind of lay down the shape of what your field is going to look like and there are going to be a few different pieces of land that are going to have the grass on them. It's very rare that a piece of land is just real straight like that so you want to add a little bit of curve to it and then you're going to go through and just begin to put your, literally your pieces of grass into the scenario and you don't have to get too crazy here and put in, you know, a million pieces of grass but basically as you can see, just a few lines, really put the, get the idea across that this is grass. And once you have a pretty good amount of grass, you know, you can take as long as you like to do this, put in as much as you want. You can go back through and fill in some of the grass areas with a little bit of color, a little bit of green, put some more grass in there. It doesn't all have to actually be grass because the viewer's eye is going to fill in the rest. Their imagination is going to help with that as well. So there you go, let's put some more lines in and you can use different shades of green to get that across, you know because there's actually lots of different kinds of grass in your field, maybe there's a couple flowers. You can go through and put a couple yellow dots, things like that and wallah, that is how you draw a grassy field.
