Hey guys, this is Chris here, and today I'm going to show you how to draw a three-dimensional mailbox. So basically it's going to go something like this, we're going to start off doing a diagonal line that's kind of going like that at an angle, we're going to do another one that's connecting that goes back, but you can make that one a little bit longer, because mailboxes are a little bit long lengthwise, we're going to make an arc that connects to that line and connects to the middle section here. Now for that you're going to also want to, whenever you're drawing something that is from a certain angle, you want to make sure that both sides are going at the same way, so we're also going to follow the arch that follows this front arch in the back, connect it together. So we have our basic mailbox outline right here, we're going to draw a post, and there's usually a little bit of shadow because the sun is coming down this way you have a little bit of shadow that's kind of like covering up some of that post, maybe we have the mailbox opened, so I'm going to draw another arc, and that's the front of the mailbox that's opened, maybe there's some letters in there, so you can draw some letters, or whatever you want, and a little bit of a shade in there. And now of course mailboxes always have a flag, so if you want on the side draw a little flag, and throw a little bit of highlights and shadows in underneath. Alright guys, and there you go, your basic three-dimensional mailbox.
