Hi, my name is Patricia, I'm an artist. And I'm going to show you how to draw concept art for dresses. So when you are doing concept art basically you are doing a lot of sketches to decide which direction you want to go in. So let's say here I'm doing concept art. I'm going to do a whole bunch of sketches. So these are my really simple bodies. You know I could do much more, I could do better shapes. But right now I'm just going to do you know I don't even like these angles in it because I just want to show you simple concepts for dresses. So just imagine this is the body. Some stick figures as you will. Alright so for the concept art this one is going to be a strapless. I love drawing strapless dresses. Here's the waist. And you've got a big skirt. So this is one concept. And then another concept maybe lets go blue here. Long and skinny this is a tight dress, very slinky. Flares out at the bottom. This is possibly a Grammy number. And you know what we are going to give it straps. So here is another concept for a dress. What's the concept? Long and tight. Alright so then the next concept for a dress might be just, hmm where should we go from here? Let's see again you know what maybe this dress will have long sleeves. The sleeves are tight. But then it's just like a big wide number. Who would wear this? Possibly a pregnant lady. Never say never. So here's another concept for a dress. Anyways, there you go. Concepts in dress designs. Enjoy.
