Hi, my name is Patricia, I'm an artist, and I'm going to show you how to draw a half-closed rose. Alright, so first in this instance we will begin with the stem of the rose, and you can add leaves and what have you, and there we go. Before the rose opens you have kind of the green petal-like covering on top of it. So here I'm just doing a semi-circle, and again, here is a semi-circle, but then you have two kind of angled lines, and then, you know you can make it as opened or closed as you want, and then you have the rose peaking out, so once you draw that you can color this in, let me get a thicker color so you can see it better, there we go. So this is a rose just beginning to open, it's pretty much half-opened and half-closed. And you can adjust it as you see fit. You can always make these, cover it more or not, what have you. But this is what a half-closed rose looks like. Enjoy.
