Hi, my name is Daisy. I'm an artist and I'm going to show you how to draw with the block in drawing method. So we're going to do a male. Let's start with kind of a squished circle for his chest, an oval for his head, another oval for the bottom of his body and connect these two so it's kind of like a cylinder going down. I always start simply with two lines for the legs and two lines for the arms. Now to give him a bit more muscle with this blocked in method, you can always use shapes. So do a couple ovals for the thighs, some longer skinnier ovals for the calf muscles and then some triangles for his feet, same with the arms, just a couple ovals, some circles for his hands and for his fingers, extend it with a rectangle and a line for his thumb. Two lines make up his neck, a couple lines through his face which will be the nose line and the eye line, helps you get everything in place. You can do the same for the body, down the center of his body and I always put this one up here so I can see the top of the chest and that helps when you're moving him around to wherever and then to fill him in you just follow the basic lines that you've created and connect everything up. So follow the contours and let's give him a couple ears. And there we go. My name is Daisy and that's how to draw with the block in drawing method.
