Hi, my name is Patricia, I'm an artist. And I'm going to show you how to draw some realistic water lilies. So lets start out with the leaves. They are basically a nice big semi circle. And then you know you do a partial triangle. It looks like almost like a pie with a wedge taken out. And that's what the water lily leaves look like. Sometimes it's small. It's a little bit too much. But here are the leaves. And often times we will see, well actually I should say most times when you are looking at beautiful healthy water lilies you will see a lotus flower with them. So lets draw the flower which is basically a floating flower with lots of sharp petals like this. And if you look into the lotus flower you will see, lets do one facing towards us. You'll see some you know a yellow center. And then lotus flowers can also be white so lets do some white petals around it. Again they're spiky petals or I should say pointed petals. And there's another lotus flower. And so here are water lilies. And they are floating in a pond. And there you go, there's your water lilies. Enjoy.
