Hey, what's up? Chris here, and today we're going to be learning how to draw foreshortened figures which means we're going to be showing you how to draw a person that's at an angle that gives more of a depth perception like looking up, looking down, laying, sideways and so forth. So, what we're going to do is we're going to start, we're going to do like basically a person and we're going to do the feet. This person has boots on so we'll do the feet. And these are the lines to the boot, so you're looking up as if the person is standing over you. So then we'll start like with the leg and we'll move up and this other foot can be here and make that a little smaller and do the lines here too and as we go up we'll draw the belly and we'll draw the person's face and this is the person's nose and that's the person's mouth and this will be the person's hands and the person is reaching out, pointing and the arms are going back in, that's the shirt. See what I mean? So it's like you're looking, you know, you're looking from a floor angle up at this person so we're shadowing right there, buttons for the shirt, pockets and these emphasis lines that the person is yelling. I'm Chris and this is how you draw a foreshortened person.
