Hi, my name is Daisy, I'm an artist, and I'm going to show you how to draw a helix. So you're going to start in the middle with a circle. We're going to fill this circle in and then do some really, really faint lines coming from the center of the circle. And these can get longer and you can do the same with pencils. Just flick your wrist a little bit so it kind of tapers off at the end. Maintain that circle in the middle though. So keep going out for a little bit longer. Make it a really cool texture. Now I'm going to go to the blue and make a cloud formation around all of our lines. So I'm just doing lots of squiggles at the moment. Lots and lots of squiggles in a circle. And you can make them bigger. Go out and even just squiggle all the way around. If you're using pencils or if you're using a lot of other different type of mediums, you can actually smudge it with your hands like this and really makes for a cool texture. Kind of airy. And you just kind of want to keep going out. And you can even just make more lines go out. They can be as big or as small as you like. And if you want to get really detailed, you can do some bright dots in different places. In the middle of the squiggle, on the outside, and these are going to be more stars that you see in the distance. You even see some in this area. There you go. Once you're happy with how much you've got, you have a helix.
