Hi, my name is Daisy and I'm an artist and I'm going to show you how to draw female portraits. So, we're going to start with the head shape. It's going to be a long oval, like so. And then we're going to put some face lines in. So, you're going to start with a round one up here what could be the eye line. And then a long one which goes all the way down the face which will be the nose line. And you're going to erase these after you finish. The eye line is really good for figuring out where these are as well. You're going to put a couple of little curved ears at the bottom of the eye line. And then on the eyes, a couple of little almond shaped, take out the eye line in the middle of the eye, and then put a dot and that will be the pupil. And you can make these look anywhere. If you want her to look up, put the pupils at the top of the eye. We're going to put a little nose, so a curved line here. It comes out and then a little line that goes back to the nose line. And you can start erasing all of these lines around so you can just see the lines that you want. And you can put a little dot here for the nostril. And then the lips, you can do the lips anyway you want, but I usually just make them really simple. It's kind of a little em at the top. And then a curved line underneath. And then a line that goes straight through. Now, for the eye. brows, just draw two little lines, and they kind of connect to the top of the nose. So, wherever the nose line goes to, put the eyebrow as if it's coming straight around. Now, we just need a neck, a nice skinny neck, put shoulders in however you want, just a couple nice curved lines. And then she needs some hair. So, we're going to go across to give her some bangs that sweep across her forehead. Give her little wavy, curly hair. And get some lines in here to make it look like hair. And there we go. My name is Daisy and that's how you draw a female portrait.
