Hi, my name is Daisy. I'm an artist and I'm going to show you how to draw facial shapes. There are many different types but every face starts with a circle, it's the top part of the head. So this first one I'm going to show you is a square shape. It isn't totally square but a lot more square than the others. You just draw a very curved square at the bottom of the circle and you can put in face lines to help you find out where the nose and the eyes go and it also helps with the ears. Always put your ears at the bottom of the eye line, a couple ovals with a dot for each eye, a half triangle for the nose and a line for the mouth, a couple lines for the neck. So that's the square shape. We can go over here and draw another circle and do more of what's known as a heart shape which is a very pointy chin and again put in your eye line, your nose line, eyes, ears and mouth and another type of face, you can just do a round circle. It's the simplest type and you can put the eye line anywhere you want. Say if we want this one to look upwards over here, a little turned up nose, a big smiley face and an ear, just on this side because we're only going to see that and the last face shape I'm going to show you also starts with a circle and this one is just a long oval, kind of like a bean. And this is a more cartoony version but it's a lot of fun to play with because you can put long noses on this one. And don't forget the ear. And there we go. My name is Daisy and that's how you draw facial shapes.
