Hi, I'm Rosalie and I'm an artist and I'm going to show you how to draw good realistic pictures. So I am going to draw an apple and I'm going to try to make it as realistic as possible using these markers. So an apple is sort of sometimes wider on the top. I'm just drawing like a shape, trying to make it look like a realistic apple and this part sort of dips down and I'm going to shade it in because when you shade something in it makes it look a little bit more realistic usually because it brings out the three dimensional qualities of the object. So you might want to use pencils to get a shading effect. Sometimes apples have a few different colors in them like red and green or like green changing to yellow or yellow, red and green. So I'm just switching over and just sort of shading it in just to make it more realistic. I can even smudge it a little with my finger and you would end up with, I'm going to color that in too. You would end up with a highlight area and I'm going to put a stem and then I'm going to put a little leaf, all crumply and I'm going to put some like veining in the leaf because it is realistic and I'm just going to sort of color it in a little bit with a different shade of green. And that's how I draw good realistic pictures.
