Hi, I'm Rosalie, and I'm and artist, and I'm going to show you how to draw a masquerade. A masquerade is a party where people wear masks and costumes. I'm starting with a woman who's wearing, it's a specific sort of style of mask. This one is kind of a jester hat that's also a face mask. SoI'm drawing that part and the eye holes here. And I'm putting a little bell on the tip of each of these little things. That's her mask. And there's her nose and her mouth. She's smiling, she's having a good time at this party. And there's her ears and some hair coming down in the back. Her real eyes are in there. Then she's got a dress that's in keeping with her Harlequin theme, jester theme, her dress is kind of like that. Here's the waistline. And it's going to be like colored in, in alternate sides, like this. And then there'll be some little argyle shapes, jesters sometimes have that on their clothes. This is just her costume. She's there with a date. He has a sort of Don Juan outfit on with the ruffly neck and maybe a little tie there. His jacket as the flower on it. He's like that. His face is like this and he's got a bandit mask on. I guess he's sort of like a Zorro bandit. And he's got a hat like that. Put his eyes in there. There's his ears and there's like, he has all this frilly-ness around his jacket. And so they both have masks on and they are at a masquerade.
