Hi, I'm Al Krakosky and I'm an artist. Today, I'm going to show you how to draw a laptop. Now a laptop is made up of mainly rectangles. So we're going to draw our first rectangle, straight line down, straight line across and another straight line down and then connect. For our next rectangle, we're going to start at these two points down here and come out at an angle and then connect. And you can round your corners a little bit and don't make them too sharp. We'll make this 3D a little bit. We'll have a little line coming down on this side, one on that side and then connect. And we can shade that in a little bit, all the way across, just like that. Next step, we're going to come in here and draw another rectangle, following this same shape but it's smaller. So a rectangle inside this rectangle. We'll color that in a little bit right like that is good. Next up we need to draw our keyboard and our trackpad. So we'll draw another smaller rectangle following this same shape and then another rectangle underneath this, even smaller. Then for the actual keys, a quick way to do this is draw vertical lines and then draw horizontal lines on top. If you want to add more detail, you can go back in and draw each individual square for your keys. You don't necessarily always need to do that. We'll add another rectangle down here for a space bar for your click track actually on top of your trackpad and then maybe a cord coming out because it's plugged in. And that is it. That is how you draw a laptop, just a bunch of rectangles and some squares for your keys. Thank you for watching and keep on drawing.
