Hi, I'm Al Krakosky and I'm an artist. Today I'm going to show you how to draw boots and shoes for girls. When drawing shoes, any type of shoe, you have to follow the basic shape of the foot which is a trapezoid. So I'm going to draw a trapezoid here, with a rounded point at the toe, a rounded point in the back. It already looks like a foot, just add toes, an ankle, a curve right here before the heel and the leg. So we're going to use that shape for our shoes. We're going to start off with the boot. We'll start from the top here and draw some creases on the way down, do some wavy lines throughout and then once we get here this is where the trapezoid will start. We'll come down, curve up a little bit for the toe, add a point, a rounded point and come across here then we'll go up. This boot will have heels. We'll come out here and close that off like that. That's your outline for the boot. We could put a strap on here, just draw a rectangle for a strap and maybe follow this line here so you have an outline of this shape and you can shade that in and we can draw some more wrinkles in there and shade up top too. So that's how you draw your boot for girls. The next thing we're going to do is a shoe. So we're going to start off with the same thing, with a trapezoid and this is going to be a heel, a high heeled shoe. So we'll curve down here to the toe, come across and go up high and come back down for the heel. We'll draw a curve here, half circle then come out and back down to connect the heel. Then once you have this, we'll add another strap and that is your high heel shoe. Now draw a crease in here for the bend and the same thing we can do this with an outline across and so some shading in the back and a little bit in the front. So when doing shoes you're going to follow this trapezoid shape. You can see it in both of these. Let me put a leg in there too and that's it. That is how you draw a boot and a shoe for girls. Thank you for watching and keep on drawing.
