Hi, my name is Patricia, I'm an Artist and I'm going to show you how to draw a burro. A burro is another word for donkey and so, he looks kind of like a horse. But, donkeys, a little bit wider and their manes are a little bit spikier. Notice how I draw a nice curve line for the neck and then the body, to the back leg. Usually, I start out with the head, but today, I didn't feel like it. So, if you'd like to start out with the head, you're more than welcome to, just so you have a nice placement for your donkey or your burro. This guy is going to be looking straight at us today. So, this is his nose right here, his face, this is where his eyes are and here's his neck, bringing us down into his front leg. And then, we have another front leg. I'm going to make it a little bit shorter 'cause of perspective, it's a little bit farther away from us. And then, let's see here. Here's his other back leg. Again, a little bit shorter and then his tail. And donkey have, or burros have tails that look kind of like that. Let's see, let's give this guy some eyes. Now, the coloring, you can have several different types of coloring, but we're going to give this guy, pretend his nose is white. He's got a white nose. And here's his eyes; you know, I made his face a little bit long and thin. So, I'm going to widen it a little bit and remember, if you, if you feel like you need to correct something on your work, don't be afraid to do it. Work on it until you're happy with it. Let's see. Alright. This guy is a burro. Oh, we don't want to forget the mane. I knew I was forgetting something important. See here how I make it a little bit spiky. It's usually the same length and it goes straight up, it's a little bit spiky. And you can even bring it, there you go, you can put some right here between the ears. And give him some ground to walk on and there's your burro. Enjoy.
