How to Copy Multiple Pages in CorelDraw to a New File

Save

CorelDraw is a commercial graphics application typically used by graphics designers in a business environment. This software application is a competing application to graphics packages such as Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. Microsoft Windows provides "copy and paste" functionality with which you can copy any type of object to the Microsoft Windows Clipboard. An object, such as a multiple page image object, can then be pasted from the Windows Clipboard to a new blank document in CorelDraw.

  • Right-click on the image file, in which there are multiple pages, click on "Open with," then click on "CorelDraw." This will open the image file in CorelDraw.

  • Press "Ctrl" and "A" on your keyboard to select the multiple page image, then press "Ctrl" and "S" on your keyboard. This will copy the multiple page image to your Microsoft Windows Clipboard.

  • Click on the "File" menu, then click on "New." This will create a new blank document to which you can paste the multiple page image file.

  • Press "Ctrl" and "V" on your keyboard. This will paste the multi-page image from the Microsoft Windows Clipboard.

  • Press "Ctrl" and "S" on your keyboard, after which the file save dialog box will appear. Type a name for the file, change the file save location to the Windows Desktop, change the file type to an image format of your choice, such as BMP, JPEG or PNG, then click on the "Save" button. The file should appear on your Windows Desktop.
