With the right ingredients, you can use the Viante Soup Maker to create an almost endless variety of soups, stews and broths.

  • Plug the Viante Soup Maker into outlet power. Press the "Power" button on the front face of the device to power it on.

  • Prepare the ingredients for your soup. Peel inedible or undesirable skins off of any vegetables or fruits. Cut any whole vegetables into smaller portions.

  • Remove the lid from the top of the device.

  • Throw all of your ingredients into the blending container.

  • Add any desired seasonings into the blending container.

  • Add any broth or puree you wish to use into the blending container.

  • Fit the lid securely on the top of the blending container so that it snaps into place.

  • Use the control panel on the front face of the device to set the temperature and heating timer. The "+" and "-" buttons can be used to fine-tune your settings.

  • Allow the cooking cycle to complete. Turn the dial on the front face of the device to "Off" when you are satisfied with the state of your soup.

  • Remove the blending container from the body of the Viante Soup Maker. Remove the lid from the top of the container. Use the container to pour your soup into the desired container or serving bowl.

  • Rinse the inside of the blending container after use to ensure that the device remains sanitary. Rinsing the blending container will also keep food particles from getting lodged in the mixing blades.
