Stores want to get comments and suggestions from customers. This helps them improve customer service. Walmart has several ways customers can send suggestions.
Go to Walmart's online store. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "feedback." Fill out the form and submit.
Complete the in-store satisfaction survey online. Keep the store receipt from your visit. Go to the Walmart online store and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click "help center." Scroll down and click "use your store receipt to take a survey." Enter the visit date, store number and TC number located which can be found on the receipt. Complete the survey and submit.
Call 1-800-Walmart. You can give a comment your store experience about a particular store in the community or to the corporate headquarters.
Submit a suggestion at the store. Go to the customer service counter and ask for an in-store feedback form. After you have completed the form place it in the customer suggestion box.
