- Frying pan

- 1 cup cooked rice, chilled
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tbsp. sesame or vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- Ham or cocktail weiners, chopped (optional)
- Vegetables, such as corn or peas (optional)

Heat the oil in the frying pan.

Sautee the onions until the onions are translucent. If adding meat, cook it along with the onions.
