How to Put 4 Fliers on One Page

If you have designed a flier using a word processing program such as Microsoft Word and you would like to get more than one flier on a page, you can save space and paper and ink costs by printing four fliers to a page. Keep in mind that the fliers will only be a quarter of a page in height and width, which may make them difficult to read. However, these fliers are ideal if you are distributing them into people's hands.

  • Open your flier file in your word-processing program, such as Microsoft Word. To do this, click your green Start menu button, followed by All Programs. Select Microsoft Office and then Microsoft Office Word 2007. Click the Office Button, followed by Open. Select your flier file by double-clicking it. It will open on your screen.

  • Hit the Control button + the letter P. A print menu will pop up on your screen.

  • Click "4 Pages" from the drop-down menu labeled "Pages per sheet." This will place four of your fliers on one page.

  • Press the OK button. Your fliers will begin to print.
