Landscape 8 1/2 x 11

  • Lay a piece of paper lengthwise on the table in front of you.

  • Fold the right edge in toward the left by 3 2/3 inches. Create a sharp crease.

  • Fold the left side in toward the right by 3 2/3 inches and make a sharp crease.

  • Fold the paper so the left fold is on top of the right fold and the right fold is in the middle of the trifold.

General Instructions

  • Lay the paper flat on the table in front of you.

  • Use a ruler to divide the paper into three equal parts. Make a small tick mark at the top and bottom of the paper at these measurement points.

  • Fold the right side of the paper in so the right edge lines up with the tick marks on the far left.

  • Fold the left side of the paper over so the left edge lines up with the tick marks on the right. It should also line up with the fold created when the right edge was folded over.

  • Arrange the folds so the right side fold is in the center and the left fold is on top.
