Nordictrack E5 SI Troubleshooting

The E5 SI is an elliptical exercise machine distributed by NordicTrack. It is designed to be a low-impact alternative to treadmills, simulating walking and running with less stress to joints. While some elliptical models work only the lower-body, most modern designs, including the E5 SI, work both upper- and lower-body. A study by the University of Idaho suggests that an elliptical trainer can affect a larger group of muscles than traditional treadmills, jogging and walking. Regular inspection and maintenance can help keep the NordicTrack E5 SI in safe operating condition.
