1
Measure the circumference of your head where you want the crown to rest. Wonder Woman's crown crosses her forehead, but you can wear yours however you want.
-
2
Make a template. Start by drawing a straight line on paper equaling your measurement of your head, plus one inch. Sketch an outline of the crown around the line. Wonder Woman's crown is a narrow band in the back that gradually widens toward the front, ending at a point in the center. Sketch a slightly smaller second version of same shape on paper.

3
Cut out the larger paper template and trace it onto gold PVC plastic. Do the same with the smaller template. Cut the patterns out of the plastic.
-
4
Bend the larger piece of plastic into a crown and glue ends to form circle. Glue the smaller crown on top of the larger. Keep the crown in a circular shape as it dries to hold its rounded shape.
-
5
Cut out a five pointed star from red plastic. Glue the star to the front, center of crown. Once all glue is dry, wear your crown.
