A baked Brie is a quick, easy and delicious appetizer that will wow your guests. The aroma is mouth watering and the finished dish is just perfect for dipping crusty bread into. This recipe takes just 10 minutes to prepare and cook. Adding red pepper jelly to the Brie provides a sweet flavor to go with the melted cheese.
Things You'll Need
- One whole Brie
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup red pepper jelly
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove the Brie from its packaging and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
Season the Brie with salt and pepper and spoon on the red pepper jelly. Spread the jelly to the edges of the Brie.
Bake for 10 minutes and serve with crusty bread for dipping.

- Try replacing the red pepper jelly with cranberry jelly, honey and almonds, or even apricot jam.
