How do I Troubleshoot Series 60 Kenmore Heating Elements?

Troubleshooting the heating element is not very hard. If the dryer is not getting hot you need to replace the heating element. You don't have to be a Kenmore tech to perform this task. You can do it yourself with little knowledge of the subject. Does this Spark an idea?
