How to Adjust Web Browser Color Display for the Visually Impaired
Viewing a Web page with a light-colored background and dark text poses a problem to some people who are visually impaired. The bright contrast against the dark text can be painful. Depending on the visual impairment, some people prefer websites that have a darker background with a lighter text. The dark background is less painful on the eyes and makes the text easier to read. Although you may not be able to change the color scheme on the individual website you're viewing, there are changes you can make in your Web browser to make viewing high-contrast websites easier to read.
