How to Rotate a Screen With ATI
You can rotate monitor orientation with AMD (formerly ATI) Radeon Graphics Cards through Windows 7's default software. However, if you are not using Windows 7 or you are using more than three monitors, you can adjust the orientation of each monitor by using AMD's Eyefinity software. The Eyefinity software has more features than Windows 7's monitor management software; however, the Windows 7 software is sufficient for most users.

Tips & Warnings
Press the "Identify" button when selecting a monitor through the Windows 7 setup to help identify which screen is which.
If the screen on the monitor appears upside down, select "Landscape (flipped)" or "Portrait (flipped)" from the orientation drop-down menu.
The ATI brand name was absorbed into AMD when the two companies merged. ATI Radeon Graphics Cards are now called AMD Radeon Graphics Cards.
The computer may not recognize the rotated orientation when it is first turned on. The loading screen may appear with the wrong orientation when you first turn the computer on. However, it should readjust when the operating system loads.
Selecting the incorrect monitor orientation can make managing options on the screen disorienting. The Windows 7 default software will revert to the previous settings if you don't click anything when the screen is adjusted. However, the Eyefinity software does not.
