How to Replace the Light Switch on a 1990 Honda Accord

  1. Light Switch Removal

      Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the screws that secure the lower dashboard cover under the steering wheel.

      Remove the screws in the lower steering column covers. Gently pry the upper and lower covers apart.

      Remove the two screws in the light switch. Slide the switch outward. Disconnect the electrical connector.
